“Hands-on leadership at the decisive moments: the recommendation, the trade-offs, the big occasions.”
Founder of the agency in 2004, Patrick-M. Touitou has made social-impact communications his signature: a pioneer of CSR in the sector, contributor to the AFNOR Commission on “Sustainable development and social responsibility”. Under his lead, the agency is among the co-authors of the white paper Les Responsabilités sociétales des entreprises en Afrique francophone (corporate social responsibility in French-speaking Africa).
Day to day, it is project managers who carry each project, from framing the brief to the trade-offs, from production to on-site management, through to the debrief. One and the same contact from the first meeting to the get-out: that is what allows the directors to step in only where it genuinely makes a difference.
Still independent.
It's a choice, not a circumstance.
Patrick-M. Touitou founds the agency in Paris, independent from the outset and inspired by ISO 26000. As early as 2005 it delivers the strategic plan for the FIPHFP and establishes itself in the landscape of public communications.
The agency wins the French Ministry of Justice contract and rolls out its three-year plan for people with disabilities, three years of action across the country.
Creation of a professional training consultancy dedicated to ethics and diversity, serving public and private employers, social expertise that still runs through our events today.
The agency refocuses on event and corporate communications, and equips itself with a method and management tools that still structure every project, from the first brief to the debrief.
Major accounts join the agency, one after another: Île-de-France Mobilités and the Fonds de Garantie des Victimes first, then Action Logement in 2021 and Urssaf Caisse nationale in 2022. Multi-year contracts, most of them renewed.
Ten employees, two offices in Paris and Caen, some fifty references, and this year, the contract with the Caisse nationale de l'Assurance Maladie won. The story goes on.
