Our CSR approach

Responsible since 2004, not since it became expected.

Contributor to the AFNOR Commission on “Sustainable development and CSR”, ISO 20121 approach under way, twenty years alongside the disability networks. Here, the evidence comes first, the words come after.

Three commitments

Certify, include, lighten.

Three verbs to sum up our charter: what the agency does, checks and measures on every event, from brief to debrief.

I · Certify

Standards, not intentions.

CSR rests on frameworks that can be audited. The agency has embarked on its ISO 20121 approach for sustainable event management and applies ISO 26000 across all of its communications. It contributes to the AFNOR Commission that writes those standards, rather than simply following them.

  • ISO 20121: responsible event management
  • ISO 26000: social responsibility, applied across the whole business
  • AFNOR Commission “Sustainable development and CSR”: contributor
  • Imprim'Vert: certified printers, eco-labelled inks and papers
II · Include

Twenty years alongside disability.

Since 2004, the agency has produced accessible events and entrusts part of its services to the sheltered and supported employment sector. Content is available in braille, in large print and as accessible PDFs; the websites meet the Accessiweb standard. Internally, the agency recruits on ability, opens its roles to people under 25 and works against exclusion alongside the Fondation Agir Contre l'Exclusion (FACE).

  • Agefiph, GESAT, APF, APAJH, L'ADAPT: each of these networks has been a partner of ours at one point or another since 2004
  • Sheltered & supported employment sector: services entrusted to supported employment companies and ESAT workshops
  • Accessible content: braille, large print, PDF, Accessiweb®
  • Youth employment: responsible internships, skills development, permanent contracts

III · Lighten

Less material, just as much effect.

Print volumes have been divided by five in three years. Materials are eco-designed and reusable, venues are chosen for their public transport access, catering is entrusted to local producers, and this site itself loads no trackers.

  • ÷ 5: print volumes in three years, through digitisation
  • Eco-design: reusable materials, certified inks and papers
  • Low-carbon travel: bicycle couriers, venues on public transport
  • Zero trackers: a lean site, with no consent banner

Debrief & measurement

What gets measured gets improved: indicators shared with the client at the debrief.

A living approach

One lead, one ritual every month.

CSR is not a file tucked away in a drawer: every month, a theme is put to the whole team, tested in real conditions, measured, and kept only if it works.
