A new residence handed over to its residents and to the city, for Foncière Logement.

01 · The brief

What we had to get right.

Turn the handover of a residence into an official moment: bring Foncière Logement, the city of Créteil and the construction firms together around the ribbon, and open the flats to visitors.

The challenge

Bring the landlord, the city and the contractors around the ribbon, on a residence still being finished.

Our scope

Outdoor staging, platform and sound, ribbon-cutting protocol, visitor route, reception.

02 · The set-up

What we put in place.

Outdoor platform: stage, clear lectern, backdrop and partner banner
Sound system and microphones for the open-air speech sequence
Ribbon-cutting protocol: tricolour ribbon, positioning of officials, photographer
Guided route through the flats, signage and guest escorting
Reception under the walkway: cocktail tables, buffet and welcome team

How we ran it.

Site visit once completed, and routing between the flats and the garden

Half a day of build-up on a residence still finishing construction

The result

An outdoor inauguration at the foot of the residence: speeches by elected representatives and partners, the ribbon cutting, a tour of the flats and a reception on site. The residence at 116 rue de Brie was handed over to its residents and to the city of Créteil.
