A national operation coordinated end to end: the same warm, family atmosphere at all ten sites, scaled to each one, and children who got to see where their parents work. The principle came from Urssaf: a catering offer, an entertainment offer; our part was to find what stood out from the ordinary on both counts, and to hold all ten locations on the same day.
