The room, set in a circle
01 · The brief

What we had to get right.

Bring the PRIF network together for its annual day, on the theme « a stronger network facing tomorrow's prevention and healthy-ageing challenges »: show what has changed since 2022, share the roadmap, and do it in a format that gets sixty people talking rather than sitting in rows.

The challenge

Get sixty people talking rather than sitting them in rows.

Our scope

Consulting and project management, venue fit-out and branding, signage, guest logistics, photo coverage, merchandise.

02 · The set-up

What we put in place.

  1. Invitations from the PRIF website and registration on a dedicated platform
  2. Fit-out and branding of the offices, with directional signage
  3. Circle layout and panel discussion, led by a dedicated facilitator
  4. Bespoke merchandise: the PRIF routine card
  5. Professional photo coverage for internal and external communication
  6. Press relations: release, official photographs, on-site interviews
03 · The method

How we ran it.

Stage 1

Objectives, key message and detailed brief, with the PRIF teams

Stage 2

Bespoke staging, visual materials and full technical set-up

Stage 3

Running the day itself, then writing up the summary

The result

A day built around conversation: the panel traced how PRIF has changed since 2022, from the roadmap to the operator network, from the service offer to the quality approach, and opened onto what comes next, up to the widening of its governance with Agirc-Arrco. A stronger sense of belonging to a pioneering network.
