Overall organisation and management of an institutional New Year ceremony with an address by the chairwoman and a cocktail reception, at Salle Wagram.

Move from the chair's address straight into the reception, with no dead time.

Our scope

Invitations and digital check-in, lectern set design, filming and content accessibility.

Lectern banner, signage; speech laid out and printed
Invitations via a dedicated platform, event hosts, Eventtia digital check-in
Video recording, live speech-to-text and audio recording; floral decoration
Original, refined catering: waste sorting, sustainable, local produce
