01 · The brief

What we had to get right.

Design, installation and running of the IDFM stand throughout the show, including institutional hospitality and the signing of the 2nd “Stations of Tomorrow” call for projects in the presence of Valérie Pécresse.

Run an institutional stand for two days, and host the signing of a call for projects on it.

The result

The AMIF trade show draws around 12,000 visitors each year, elected officials and staff from the region's local authorities. We designed and ran the Île-de-France Mobilités stand across the two days: a smoothly run operation, teams present throughout, and the welcome of Valérie Pécresse for the signing of the second “Stations of Tomorrow” call for projects.
