01 · The brief

What had to work.

Bring the Finance and Statistics Department's hundred and fifty staff together for two days, away from the office, somewhere that allows both serious work and a genuine reunion. A residential format, then: accommodation, meals and evenings to organise alongside the working sessions.

The challenge

Fit into two days the plenary work, the breakout work, and whatever it is that brings a department back together.

Our scope

Consulting and project management, venue sourcing and negotiation, delegate accommodation, fit-out of the working spaces, catering across both days, team-building activities, show-calling on site.

03 · The method

How we ran it.

Stage 1

Scoping the objectives with the teams, sourcing and negotiating the venue

Stage 2

Organising the spaces, accommodation and catering, coordinating suppliers

Stage 3

Show-calling on site across both days, then debrief and wash-up

The outcome

Two days in a wooded seventeen-hectare park, under ninety minutes from Paris: an auditorium, flexible rooms, accommodation on site and wide open grounds. Enough to alternate working sessions, team-building and informal time, right through to the “DIFIS d'Or” awards.
