01 · The brief

What we had to get right.

New Year address by the managing director, broadcast simultaneously to the 11 sites of Urssaf Caisse nationale: overall management, coordination of the local teams, production and technical support.

The challenge

Broadcast one ceremony simultaneously to eleven sites, with no drop-outs.

Our scope

Fitting out eleven sites, live broadcast of the address, activities and catering.

Buffet catering across all the sites, adapted to local tastes
The managing director's address streamed live to the 11 sites: professional filming
Activities: Christmas tree, film book, photo booth, live music, magician
