The Comu'Day 2025

What we had to get right.

Once a year, Comutitres brings together its own teams and the Île-de-France ticketing ecosystem: manufacturers, systems integrators, transport operators, suppliers. The Comu'Day has to fit into one day what would normally take two: a plenary in the morning for the year's work and the projects ahead, an afternoon of workshops to get into the detail with the teams concerned. One venue, four spaces running at once, and guests who should never have to wonder where to go.

What we put in place.

1. Venue search and two site visits, to check that four spaces could run at the same time
2. Invitations and online registration, with scheduled reminders to partners and suppliers
3. Morning plenary in the auditorium: sound and video direction, branded lectern, presentations collected and formatted in advance
4. Four workshop themes in the afternoon, spread across four spaces: projects and IT, customer relations, information and data security, equipment and interoperability
5. One workshop built as an escape game for the GDPR session: a game, a quiz and codes to find
6. Full signage: workshop posters on the doors, directional arrows on stands, space naming, roll-ups, Wi-Fi codes placed on the tables
7. Name badges for staff and guests alike, a welcome team, accessible seating in every workshop and a closing reception

How we ran it.
