01 · The brief

What we had to get right.

Design and organisation of the staff conference: concept and narrative thread aligned with the 2030 vision for mobility in the Paris region, staging of the plenary sessions, collaborative workshops, technical and digital management.

The challenge

Gather six hundred and fifty staff under one roof, and get them working in workshops.

Our scope

Registration platform and internal campaign, immersive set design, filming and live streaming.

Digital collaborative space: polls, quizzes, live idea gathering
Video recording and live streaming for employees joining remotely
