What we had to get right.

Inaugurate the plant now heating the Fort de l'Est district: turn a technical installation into a public moment, in front of elected officials, partners and the press, on a November morning, on a site only just out of construction.

Our scope

Invitations, site fit-out and branding, signage, protocol, technical set-up, photo coverage, press relations.

02 · The set-up

What we put in place.

Digital and printed invitations: institutions, partners, media
Totems, flags and visual materials along the whole tour route
A secure, covered space: marquee, flooring, heating
Speeches supported by screens and pull-up banners
The symbolic gesture: cutting the ribbon, then a closing cocktail
Press relations: release, official photographs, on-site interviews

The result

Local renewable heat, told where it is produced: a tour of the installation, speeches from elected officials and partners, and the inaugural gesture in front of the plant. Press coverage and a set of official photographs that served SMIREC's communication well beyond the morning itself.
