01 · The brief

What had to work.

Bring an Urssaf Caisse nationale sub-department together in person, to roll out the new organisation presented a few months earlier, share perspectives on current issues and take stock of the year.

The challenge

Have every participant attend three workshops over one afternoon and one morning, without ever losing the thread of the plenary.

Our scope

Consulting and project management, venue sourcing in two cities, accommodation, catering, evening entertainment, badges and signage, group allocation, show-calling on site.

The outcome

An afternoon and a morning paced by the plenary and three rotating workshops, breaks in the patio under the olive trees, a dinner with a magician and a group photo in the garden. Two days to bring a team back round the same table and launch its new organisation.
