01 · The brief

What we had to get right.

Launch « Make Our Planet Great Again », the global climate research programme, with a high-level international conference: introduce laureates from across the world, bring together researchers, decision-makers and institutional partners, and give Franco-German cooperation a stage worthy of it.

Client

CNRS and ANR, with Campus France and the French and German research ministries.

Our scope

Venue search and booking, event identity, staging, audiovisual and filming, registration, logistics and catering.

02 · The set-up

What we put in place.

Venue search and booking: plenary hall, auditorium, breakout rooms, exhibition space, catering areas
Creation of the event identity, applied across every material
Staging of the plenary, signage and fit-out of the spaces
Audiovisual services, filming and relay of the sessions
Management of invitations and registrations, follow-up and reminders
Networking space, poster session, catering and the first evening's programme

03 · The method

How we ran it.

Stage 1

Framing with CNRS and ANR, venue selection, running order for both days

Stage 2

Event identity, staging, coordination of the technical suppliers

Stage 3

Welcome and check-in, running the days themselves, filming and distribution

The result

Diplomatic and scientific reach on a global scale: the international laureates introduced from the stage, Franco-German cooperation made visible, and a networking space that started collaborations between researchers from every continent. A landmark Paris venue put to work for French research.
